The Proactive Production Supervision is a solution offered to eliminate procedural inconsistencies in daily routine. It unlocks data that is often hidden in databases (e.g. SCADA, Historian system, etc.) and helps in attaining a better understanding of the situation. Monitoring of process data can be split up into sub-sections and/or time periods for process lines and variations in process parameters can be monitored even more minutely and accurately. Quality and process experts can observe changes to the output quality and make required changes to quality rules as and when required. Any changes in operational parameters that may be introduced due to introduction of new equipment, for instance, can now be immediately monitored, isolated to a certain section of the line and quickly and efficiently modified to rectify any resulting problem.
